Kenosha Catholic Young Adults

Third Thursdays @ 6pm 

St. Anne Catholic Church - 9091 Prairie Ridge Blvd, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin 

 

Kenosha area young adults have weekly Thursday meetings. Their main event is the Third Thursdays Holy Hour at St. Anne's. 

 

Little Flower Parish Young Adults

Third Fridays during the school year @ 7pm

Saint Dismas Church - Little Flower Parish, 2600 Sunset Ave, Waukegan

 

This group focuses on prayer, community, spiritual formation, and service. LFParish Young Adults typically meets on the third Friday of each month during the school year at 7pm. For more information, contact Marirose Tan at measjt25@gmail.com.

MOYA

St. Edna in Arlington Heights 

 

MOYA is a Catholic ministry for adults ages 18 - 29, focused on building friendships while deepening relationships with Jesus. Through fellowship, prayer, and exploring the Gospel, they grow in faith together and support one another in life’s journey.

 

They meet every Wednesday from 7:30-9:30 PM in the Teen Center (Door 5) for discussions, prayer, and community. Outside of our weekly gatherings, they also enjoy spontaneous other events with one another. See their webpage for more info: https://www.stedna.org/moya

TBD Young Adults 

St. Edna in Arlington Heights 

 

TBD (To Be Determined) Ministry at St. Edna’s is a growing community for adults ages 29–45 who want to grow in faith and friendship with others in a similar stage of life.  Their focus is to form a community of individuals who want to enrich each other in their spiritual and social needs.

 

They meet once a month for prayer, discussion, and time to connect. Between gatherings, they stay in touch through their WhatsApp group.  We plan spontaneous hangouts like visits to restaurants and bars, hikes, game nights, bowling, volunteer events, concerts and more. See their schedule at https://www.stedna.org/tbd-group.

Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) -Chicago

Young Catholic Professionals (https://www.youngcatholicprofessionals.org/cpages/home) (YCP) is a national organization on a mission to challenge, train, and inspire young adults working in various professions to "Work in Witness for Christ." YCP brings together young adults (20s and 30s) for monthly events to foster Catholic identity, encourage community, and inspire action. Some of these events include networking happy hours, executive speaker series, and executive panel discussions. We bring in professional and experienced Catholics in various fields as speakers and panelists at our events to share their stories about how they've been able to "Work in Witness for Christ" through their particular professions and to inspire us to do the same.
